1. Return Period
Customers may request an exchange within 30 days from the date the customer receives the order.
2. Condition of Items
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts may not qualify for exchange.
3. Processing Time
All approved exchanges are processed within 1 to 10 business days after the item has been received and inspected.
4. Exchange Only Policy
We do not offer money refunds.
Eligible returns will only be accepted for:

Replacement with another product of equal value or agreed adjustment
If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will contact the customer to discuss an available alternative.
5. Return Shipping / Delivery
The customer is responsible for all return shipping or transportation costs. Customers may:

Drop off the item directly at our store location
Customers should contact us before sending an item back to confirm the return process and delivery details.
If an item is received damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and advise on the appropriate exchange or replacement.
