Returns
Eligibility: We accept returns exclusively for products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Timeframe: Any defective or damaged products must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery.
Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by calling us at 0742 965733 or emailing us at sales@classichomeshub.co.ke.
- Be ready to provide your order number, a detailed description of the defect or damage, and any supporting photographs.
- Our team will assess the issue. If your product is deemed defective or damaged, we will provide you with clear instructions for its return.
Condition: All products must be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
Exchanges
Eligibility: We offer exchanges only for products that are defective or damaged.
Process: Once we receive and inspect the defective or damaged product, we will promptly process your exchange. A replacement product will be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
If a product is damaged or defective, we will either:
- Issue a full refund to your original payment method, or
- Facilitate a warranty claim with the manufacturer, depending on the specific product’s warranty policy.
Refunds are typically processed to your original payment method within 7-14 business days after approval. Please note that we do not offer refunds for reasons other than defects or damages.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are not defective or damaged are not eligible for return or exchange.
